Terms of Use
These terms govern access to Klyno, including the dashboard, billing flows, AI enrichment, marketplace features, and Shopify integrations.
Service scope
Klyno helps merchants enrich product content, review outputs, and sync approved changes to connected systems. You remain responsible for the source images, product data, pricing, and final publication decisions.
Accounts and access
You must keep login credentials, API tokens, and connected platform credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity performed through your account and any invited team members.
Billing and credits
Paid plans, subscriptions, and extra credits are billed through Stripe unless otherwise agreed in writing. Credits and plan limits apply per billing period, and unused allowances do not roll over unless Klyno explicitly states otherwise.
Acceptable use
You may not use Klyno for unlawful content, misleading product listings, copyright infringement, credential abuse, or attempts to disrupt the platform or connected services.
Availability and changes
Klyno may update features, integrations, limits, or pricing to improve reliability and security. We aim for stable service, but external providers such as Shopify, Stripe, and OpenAI can affect feature availability.
Liability
Klyno is provided on a best-effort basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Klyno is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, data issues originating from third-party systems, or publication mistakes that were approved by the user.
